Controller

Francis joined DMSAS in April 2014 as the Controller, managing the daily accounting and finance duties of the firm. His love for numbers in high school led him to a career in accounting and ultimately as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Ever since Francis joined the firm, it has seen a smooth operation of the department, leading to uneventful year-end close of the books and tax filings. He is married with three grown kids and currently lives in Alexandria, VA. He loves playing football and basketball with family and friends and enjoys listening to Gospel music during his leisure time.
