The Worthington Hotel Ballrooms and Conference Center are the third phase of the overall renovation and upgrade of this 504-room hotel in downtown Fort Worth, Texas. The design places a new double-run grand stair in an existing two-story space to make a more direct connection between the arrival porte-cochere and the Grand Ballroom. This also improves the connection between the smaller ballrooms and exhibition hall on the street level. The style of the interior architecture, in keeping with the rest of the hotel, creates warmth and a regional character with rich woods, custom elements with icons such as Texas stars, oak leaves and acorns.
